E-mail Marketing Specialist

ReminderMedia is growing fast and we are opening a new position dedicated to e-mail marketing and communications. We are looking for someone that has a passion for marketing and online conversions, is obsessed with data and analytics, and is having the most fun when they are working on the details of a project and organizing a workflow (I know, we all have “our thing”). We measure success with data and we set very high goals for ourselves.

What we do:

  • Provide relationship marketing tools—namely American Lifestyle magazine—to referral-driven business professionals
  • Create incredible content that helps our customers connect with their clients and prospects
  • Develop new ideas for web and print products that our customers can use to develop relationships that drive business results
  • Communicate with customers on a consistent basis that engages them and retains their business
  • Support our sales, marketing, and customer service teams through our online communication and e-mail campaigns

What you’ll do:

  • Create engaging experiences to promote ReminderMedia’s products and services and communicate with customers
  • Determine target audiences, develop the strategy, and launch e-mail campaigns to generate leads for the business
  • Track the result of every e-mail campaign and adjust tactics accordingly to improve opens, CTR, and online conversions
  • Implement testing methodologies on all elements of e-mail communication to maximize results
  • Manage campaign workflows and provide copy and subject line insight for ReminderMedia e-mail marketing products

What will make you successful:

  • Be our e-mail expert. Know the ins and outs of e-mail best practices, compliance, and performance
  • The ideal candidate loves marketing and analytics, is passionate and relentlessly curious, wants to be challenged, and likes working with others
  • Comfortable and effective about communicating ideas and approaches internally within the team and externally with creative partners and stakeholders
  • Detail-orientated and organized in project management, creative asset management, and in campaign operations
  • Take an analytical and fact-based approach by trusting the results to steer the creative development and testing process

What you need to apply:

  • BA/BS in marketing or business-related field
  • 2+ years marketing campaign management and optimization
  • Proficiency in HTML
  • Expertise in e-mail marketing software with automation and workflows
  • Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to independently derive insights from data
