Growth Opportunities:

Team leads and management are hired from within. We do not look to hire from the outside for positions that require a complete understanding of our organization. Employees must earn their right to a promotion.

Successful Candidates Will Possess:

  • Proven telephone sales successes, including consultative, and persuasive selling techniques.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to capitalize on the warm leads that are provided.
  • Good organizational skills and self-motivated work habits.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Demonstrated performance above required sales quotas.

Income Potential:

Realistic earnings for first year reps is 65K+, while top account executives earn 110K+.
